*Cancellations:
If there is not adequate notice you may be responsible for 50%-100% of all time reserved. Adequate notice is as follows:

Dog Walking/Potty Break Visits:
A 2 hour cancellation notice is needed for all these services to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of service fee.

Pet Care/Overnights:
Non-Holidays: a 5 day cancellation notice is required for all Pet Sitting and Overnight services. Five days prior to the first day of all time reserved. All cancellations within 5 days will be required to pay 50% of all time reserved.
​
Holidays: A 14 day notice is required for all Pet Sitting and Overnight services. Fourteen days prior to the first day of time reserved. All cancellations within 14 days will be required to pay 50% of all time reserved.
Holidays are recognized as:
*Christmas/New Year's: Any time reserved December 23rd-January 2nd.
*Memorial Day Weekend: Friday morning-Monday evening.
*Fourth of July: A HAPPY TAILS HOLIDAY!! --we MAY consider services at an additional cost.
*Labor Day Weekend: Friday morning-Monday evening.
*Thanksgiving: Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving-Sunday evening.

** We will be closed January 16th-18th, for a birthday break.**
​
​**Early returns will not be refunded for visits/services not provided as they were reserved for your pet. **

**​Acts of God will be considered and may not have to pay a cancellation fee. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis with a final decision made by the owner, Jessi**
​
All fees for care visits/services will be collected if the Pet Sitter arrives at your home even if services aren't provided.
