Jessi Kangas
I am Jessi Kangas. I moved to the Delano area in 1990. I was a Veterinary Technician for over 17 years and worked with Dr. Janet Roshar at Lake Minnetonka Animal Hospital, Inc. before "retiring" from the trade in 2013, after Dr. Roshar sold her practice.
I found that I missed all of those fuzzy faces and thought how I would go about fixing that. I was encouraged to start a pet care service. I started Happy Tails Pet Care LLC, August 10th, 2015. Since then, I love to help you, help your pet!
You may call or text me at (612) 290-3158 or email me (jeskangas@gmail.com) with any questions.
My general area is Buffalo, Rockford, Delano. Outside areas include: Independence, Greenfield, Loretto, Watertown, and Montrose at an additional pricing. Further outside areas may be considered, please feel free to ask!

About Us
DR. JANET ROSHAR, owner of LAKE MINNETONKA ANIMAL HOSPITAL, INC.:
Jessi was employed by me as a veterinary technician for over 16 years--up until my retirement. Her love of animals is enormous and I would highly recommend her as a pet caregiver! Her compassion for animals is real and she is experienced in handling and caring for any kind of pet. Not only does she have broad medical knowledge of pet diseases and their symptoms, she is well-versed in pet pharmaceuticals and how to medicate the diseases--whether orally or by injection. With Jessi's expertise, you and your pet will be benefiting from both a wonderful pet sitter as well as a knowledgeable veterinary technician and all the skills that goes with it!
Matt S.
Jessi has taken care of our dog for nine years from puppy to adult. She has been the person we have called on with any and every concern. She has always given us great advice, support, and service. We would highly recommend Jessi for all of your animals needs.
Mary & Kevin H.
Jessi is fantastic and for once, we can leave for a vacation or just for one night guilt free knowing our senior bully and two crazy cats are in good hands. She constantly keeps us updated and sends pictures showing that they are not missing us at all. They love Jessi and I can relax knowing that her knowledge and skill working with animals is invaluable. Whether it is understanding the needs of a older animal or the apprehension of a new cat, she wins them over. Thanks Jessi!

She's wonderful, level headed, great common sense, knows a lot about animals and loves animals, and she's responsible.

She is confident, kind, energetic and considerate. We have utilized her knowledge and skills with our dog since we brought him home as a pup. He is definitely a happy tails dog when Jessi stops by!
